I have to model a water pumping main from point A to Point B with Pump C and Pump D operating in parallel. Can anybody help me by confirming that we could model model parallel pumps in EPANET?

I model parallel pumps all the time.
The trick is to pay attention to the control system and if both pumps have individual active controls include all the local minor losses since they may fight with each other, also include those minors if the pump curve is flat as small changes in head produce high changes in flow.

Know that EPAnet does not model surge effects
