I've got two sine waves from a Magneto resistive sensor that are at 90 degrees phase shift depending on direction , very similar to some encoder inputs. I need to condition the output from this through a unit that will supply me with the following outputs from the sensor:

1 - Amplified sine and cosine, (levels not to fussy)
2 - TTL output
3 - Interpolated TTL output with a minimum of 100 fold.
4 - 5V & 0V to power sensor

The input from the sensor is between 500 and 900mV with a maximum frequency of 30KHz. Anybody know where I can get an off the shelf bit of kit for this, tried a couple of encoder companies but they seem unwilling unless its with their kit on the input side instead of the sensor. Ideally the DC level of the sine waveform can be altered (via pots) to give a 50/50 mark space ratio for more accurate interpolation. Any ideas!!!!!!!

Heidenhain makes an 100x interpolator box ( Model No. IBV 102). The input is differential sine/cosine at a nominal 1 V p-p.

how about a simple op amp setup, infinite gain 5V rails and suddenly your sine wave is square and easy to feed into your TTL circuitry.
if you need analog as well just use an op amp set to a specified gain. the input impedance on an operational amplifier is nearly infinite so you can have a bunch tied to the same signal with no loss.
