Internal Coating in Vapor Space area of Internal Floating Roof tanks

Hi, Kindly advise do we need to paint the area between internal floating roof and the doom roof of hydrocarbon storage tanks. Internal floating roof is made of aluminum and doom roof are both CS and aluminum.
