Inexpensive pump

I'm trying to find the most economical, inexpensive pump to dispense a dry film lubricant (mineral spirit based), lighter than water. Dispense amounts can vary from large to small. I was thinking along the lines of a windshield washer pump, anyone else have any ideas? THANKS!!
