I'm proposing a change in our emissions licensing. We have changed product in a drying oven and there are much less effluents being run through its incinerator. I would like to have the incinerator removed but don't know if there is a specific factor of a safety that the local and state government uses when looking at effluent mass release rates. Some of our history shows that a FS of 1.5 for loading....any help is appreciated.
