Equation 68, zero sequence current for line-to-line-to-ground fault, of IEEE Std 80-2000 contains the following error:

Numerator currently reads "X1 x (X0 + X2) + (X2 + X0)"

Numerator should read "X1 x (X0 + X2) + (X2 x X0)"

Good catch. Congratulation!!!. You deserve an start.
As a further suggestion, consider correct the word numerator by denominator.

OBSERVATION:
For x1=X2 the equation 68 and 69 are simplified as follow:

For DLG fault,Io=E/(X1+2Xo). For SLG fault,Io=E/(2X1+Xo).

Therefore if X1=Xo, Io for SLG = DLG.
if Xo>X1, Io for SLG > DLG.

Good catch yourself, for pointing out my mixup between numerator and denominator. I should have proofread that submission a little more closely.

More typographic errors on IEEE-std 80 2000 as follow:

Equation #32 & 33 pp 27: reads "E step" should be "E touch"
.Similarly Eq. (B7)on page 132 should be corrected as above.
