I-DEAS PDF Printer problems

I have I-deas 12NX (Artisan). Used to be able to generate PDF file using I-DEAS PDF Printer as printer selection. For some reason, I always had to launch Adobe Acrobat Distiller first (AcroDist.exe), with PrintOptimized as Job Option selection.

Recently, this stopped working. The print job proceeds as usual, no error message, the .cgm file appears where it is supposed to, but the PDF file is never created.

Help? I am uploading files showing screen capture of the printing setup. Also the .txt error log file.
