Hysys dynamics assistant does not recognize pipe diameter

I am running Hysys 7.3 The dynamics assistant indicates that there is not error with simulation, however when I run it, I get an error "Unknown Pipe Diameter". I have specified the pipe diameter in a spreadsheet and I have tried to specify directly in the pipe object viewer. Where should I look to fix this error?
