How to update event after change in response simulation in NX 9

I have set up a simulation using the Nastran 103 response simulation. After the initial solve, and then creating the response simulation and related event(s) I decided to refine my FEM which included some geometry changes in the idealized part, Updating the mesh in the fem file, reestablishing my excitation and fixed constraints and then solving again. For the response simulation node in the simulation navigator I had the option to refresh it so that it how shows Active,Locked in the status column. But for the event which I have under that response it has an obsolete status and I can't see any option on right click etc to refresh, reevaluate, etc. How do I get the event to update without deleting and recreating it?
