I don't know anything about MathCad, but getting the results into Excel is easy.
Go to the Post Processor and get the appropriate report from the Report pulldown menu. Then click the upper left square of the table to select it and then Edit/Copy it to the clipboard. Then you can paste it into a spreadsheet. You may be able to paste it into MathCad form the clipboard in the same way.
