How to edit toolbar buttons?

Does anybody know how to edit toolbar buttons? I can't find any info in the help documentation.

Look for the .tbr files.

The button I'm looking for is 'Surface finish symbol'. I can't find it any tbr-file !

Maybe it is in a menufile (.men) instead of a toolbar file.
