How to constrain pin-in-slot assembly?

I have a link with a straight slot (semi-circle ends) and a cylindrical pin that I want to slide along, but not beyond the ends of the slot. Once the pin reaches the end of the slot I want it to move the slotted part. I've not figured out how to do this with Assembly Constraints. Is it possible?

Thanks

Not really.

As John says not really, but if this is a straight slot and you can use distance constraint to push the pin along the slot rather than having it pulled by some other part of the mechanism then you can set the distance value to an if-else function so that as it reaches the end it much always stop.
