How to choose the right grease viscosity for bearings?

I have seen in the skf page a program for choosing (depending on the bearing type and the working temperature) the viscosity that a bearing should work...

Where can I get the values of these graphs?? I there some other way to determine the correct viscosity??

Look in the skf general catalog, you'll find anything you need about choosing the right oil viscosity for ball and roller bearings.
