How many new equipment Buyers are really concern about API 617 compressor performance ?

If I am a Buyer , I just want to ensure a compressor package that can operate , preferably in all the process case scenarios , year 1 , year 5 examples.
Then the Seller tells me what the Gas Horsepower of the package , and I will suggest the Seller package in the driver for me.

I would make a comparison between the OEMs in terms of life cycle cost , based on the current fleet costing and make a decision .
