How Can We Convert .wor (MapInfo Workspace) to .dgn?

Our customer has asked us to take a MapInfo Workspace file (.wor) and apply it to a landbase that is a standar MicroStation file (.dgn). Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a method for this conversion. Does anyone know of a solid program capable of this conversion or at least a process that we could take? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
