anybody can help me for production heavy springs line
i mean what we need to get suitable line for production larg wire springs
and whats the best furnace for treatment the rod of springs and whats the best machine for coiling heavy springs and what uses for flat end of springs and if you have video for that

I suggest you join a spring manufacrurers association such as SMI in the USA or IST in the UK. They will probably will be happy to guide you in becoming a spring manufacturer.

thank you for ur answer and for me i manufacture cold coiling springs to 20 mm and design machine for cold coiling to 30mm and have good experience in springs design but i need some information about hot coiling springs like type of furnaces and there is question please what prefer :treatment rod to about 1000 degree then coil it or coil the rod then put it in furnace with high temperature to make treatment?
