Horizontal moving loads 1

I have a crane travelling along a two span continuous beam with two moving wheel loads. The wheel loads are primarily vertical, but in some cases there is also a lateral load associated with each wheel (perpendicular to beam). Is it possible to model horizontal moving loads? If so, what is the text to use in the input file?
