Dear All,
For Honeycomb Full contact Internal Floating Roof, Wheather we need to consider the below mentioned things in the buoyancy calculation:-
1. API 650, H.2.1.2 & H.2.1.4
2. Drag Force of Seal against the shell (RSDF)
3. Buoyancy to weight ratio
4. Buoyancy to Weight ratio with RSDF
5. Buoyancy to Weight ratio with RSDF & Two module punctured.
6. Twice the load of the IFR
And as all of us know for the buoyancy Calculation, Buoyancy for each modules shall be calculated using the formula Buoyancy = V*g*SG (Where V= Volume, g = Specific Gravity & g = acceleration due to gravity). So for this honeycomb IFR wheather we can use the same formula or How we can calculated the buoyancy for this of IFR??
Which Formula we can use for find the displacement.
