Hole table won't list all the holes?

Detailing a massive part and this the view coming from the bottom of the part has 600+ holes alone....I go to create a whole table, select an origin, select object(picking the whole part) and it only populated the table 31-58...While the view has 600+ holes tagged. Tried selecting holes 1 by 1, and only about half of the holes showed up in my hole table while still being numbered in the view. What gives?
