use google to search for inroads, I don't think you'll find anything free as its a commercial driven application so people just want to make money off it rather than give help away for free.. but there are some very good books available..
The only online stuff I've heard of is very expensive but you paythe money and log on and learn at your own pace.. even Bentley are getting into this kind of training but only for SELECT Subscribers and even thy have to pay extra for it ( but get discount for being subscribers)
