Help with pcm simulation

does anybody have pcm simulated in simulink. I can not move further than sampling. I do not know how to make 13 segment quantization law, coding etc. please help.

Have you been to the Mathworks website and checked for what you are asking? You know, the guys who put out Simulink. There is PCM information there.
