Help With a design

We are trying to make a wifi enabled, Waterproof, sensor that can read the following and transmit to a Ipad or computer for constant monitoring:

PH Levels
Temperature
Yeast Counts
Degradation of yeast

The sensor needs to be disposable and link up in an incubator (sterile environment).
Any help would be great.

That would be a very ambitious school project, indeed.

pH and temperature are standard measurements. So, no probs.

Yeast Counts and Degradation of yeast seem to be very specialized measurements. ABER is doing something similar for bioreactors - have you been in touch with them?

The rest seems to be packaging and WiFi, ZigBee or some other IoT application. Fairly standard.

I would think that the sensor for the yeast would depend upon what medium that the yeast is in. For example if the yeast were in air or water a particle counter might work.
