Hello all,

Would you please tell me if you know Is Limiter manufacturers other than ABB Calor EMAG,
for current limiters 11000 V, 3000 A, 50 HZ

The G&W CLiP fuse is a low voltage (i.e., 600 V) fuse not 11 kV. At least that is what we used on some of our secondary network systems.

Looks like the G&W CLiP is something to look into as rcwilson said. Here is a link and a screenshot of the ratings.

Please disregard my earlier response. We were using the CLiP fuses on 13.2 kV circuits that fed secondary networks (208 and 480 volt). My apologies.
 
There is one North American (may be Canada) company.
