I have been trying to identify the theoretical T2 of Specific heat of CT in our building ,
Is there any possible step to specify it

Upload your work, like PFD with all known (numbers) temperatures, flow rates, Cp's and unknown (variables like T2) temperatures, flow rates, Cp's.

Your question doesn't make sense; T2 is not a theoretical number, nor is it directly related to specific heat. What exactly are you trying to do?
