My problem is to esimate the rate (mass per hour) of water vapour that will naturally condense on to a square meter of stainless steel which is at -15 to 0 degrees centigrade. Ai temperature is 25-35 gegrees C. The stainless steel is a vessel wall insulated with jointed polyurethane (50 mm thick) and clad with aluminium. There is no vapour barrier. It would be usefulto express the condensation rate as a function of steel temperature and humidity/relative humidity.
