I have a problem on a hatch fixed on our crude oil storage tank ,the hatch is seted at 50 mili bar but unfortunately it is leaking ,my question is about the testing rig .

does the rig relate with the amount (Volume) of gas taking into cosedration the hatch cover is 24 inch
