Hard Anodising & Seal 1

I'm working with drawings from the UK.

Does anyone know what Hard Anodise to NWS 1000/5/2-3 & Seal to DEF-151 Clause 14C on Aluminium Alloy 6061 T6 means ???

I need to apply that finish on my part but north-american suppliers don't know the meaning of those standards !!!

North american suppliers are familiar with hard anodizing per MIL-A-8625. I you can supply them the NWS 1000/5/2-3 & Seal to DEF-151 Clause 14C they will be able to match it with the classes and types of MIL-A-8625.
