In looking at the "traffic" on our site over the last year, I have decided to advise Eng-Tips to discontinue the group starting in February - the scant participation doesn't justify the cost. I appreciate having met you and becoming colleagues . . . and have enjoyed many of our threads on music - jazz in particular!

BigH, no wonder the traffic was little since by now we know everything that there is to be known about geotechnics and related topics lol

Seriously speaking, I checked and I still have your mail address in my webmail box, together with those of other guys in the group and won't hesitate to get in touch.

I enjoyed all discussions here, unfortunately we are apparently a bunch of very busy people, retirement is still far away to me and I don't know if I'll ever be able to retire completely, given the current conditions of domestic and global economy
