I will like to know detailed design method of a Gunn Diode Oscillator. For example, the load is 50 Ohms at the design frequncy of 9.6 GHz. How to determine the length of the open microstrip stub connected to the Gunn Diode? How to determine the DC biasing voltage for the Gunn Diode? <br>
