Hi everyone,
I have a complex building which has a few grid systems, to make the question simple we say one globle grid system and one 45 degree grid system (system 2), I know I can switch between the two systems and the coordinate of points shown are consistent with each grid system. But when I try to model members under grid system 2, for example trying to replicate one beam along X or Y along grid system 2, when I input the X, Y coordinate it still goes with globle system, same idea with creating reference line or drawing point base on grid intersection, it really dries me crazy, is it the way it is?
How do you usually do when you have such situation?
Thank you.
