I'm running some thermal-structural analyses in WB 15.0 and have suddenly started getting a geometry import error when doing a task that I've done a million times before. I can't figure out why and was hoping someone else might have seen it before.
I've got a Geometry cell that imports from Inventor. If I want to try a slightly different geometry, I often save the Inventor file as a copy with a different name, then redirect the Geometry cell to the new name and Update From CAD. All works well except today I got the error "the mechanical database contains unlicensed objects". When I RTFM, this comes up as a possible error from lightweight components in Solidworks. Trouble is, I'm using Inventor, and don't have any hidden components, etc. I can pull the same geometry into a fresh cell and connect to a fresh Mech Model system, but I cannot connect it to the existing system.
Any ideas? Thanks!
