Gaseous Nitrogen temperature of gas during usage

I had my nitrogen tank (quad40size-2000psig) regulated flow to pressurize a pipe system of 3/4" copper piping. Well I had a leak on the systems of some 120 feet of piping. The gas caused my regulator to freeze. Their was actually ice forming on the regulator, the outside temperature was 85 deg F. My question is what temperature is the gas flowing at my regulator into the copper pipe.

The temperature is below the freezing point of water.
 
It is a Joule-Thomson calculation, I don't have the constants for nitrogen at my fingertips.

If you follow the constant enthalpy line for N2 at 136barg and 300degK, assuming the exit pressure into the coil is 1atm, then you'd get approx 0degC at the entrance into the coil. This also assumes the leak rate is small, and there was little pressure drop in the tubing line from the bottles to the regulator.
