Hi,
Does anybody have a Simulink Models for Gas Turbine and Governors?
If Not..
Does someone can tell me how to model a function: e^(-s*Ecr)

Did you look at what is available in the SimPowerBlockset?

I don't know if what you want is there or not, but it is a good place to start.
