Free Form sheet Metal NX6 vs NX9

I have attached 2 files one in nx6 one in nx9 we have a bunch of older geometry that is like this and we are tiring to create new flat patterns in nx9 with out having to draw it all from scratch was hoping some one had a suggestion.

Hi Ryan,
Frankly speaking i too was not able to run FLAT PATTERN on the NX9 model. But i used metaform to get the work done (there is some deviation though). Attaching the NX9 part herewith.

Well thats a start but you still cant get a pattern of of it so we could cut it out of the lazer
