Do you have MicroSoft Word 95 or later?

Word has an excellent drawing feature that can be opened by right clicking on the top menu and checking a box.

You can 3D any object and also highlight a drawing.

Actually I am dealing with a software much more focussed on isometric pipeline drawings with pre-defined pipeline materials in various standards.
