Fixed mounted expandable Mandrel

I'm looking for a fixed mount expandable mandrel. I have found a few of what I was looking for however none have been long enough. I need the blades(or expandable part, whatever it is) to be at least 1.5" inches long preferably 3-4 inches long.
I have found plenty of mandrels where you press in the taper into the sleeve and the sleeve expands, however I need something with a fixed mount.

I use Ringspann mandrels which I think go up to about 120mm although I cant find expanding mandrels on the US website. I presume they can supply them.
