Fast, Strong, and Ergonomic Screwdrivers

I work in a facility that machines and assembles wood parts, mostly particle board. We are looking into getting new screwdrivers for some of our assembly lines. The ideal screwdriver would be fast (>~5000 rpm), strong (>~10 Nm), and ergonomic. The screwdrivers can be electrical or pneumatic. Any suggestions?
