Hi,
So i was looking for any free article that talks about factors affecting the PBPMT , i used to have a French article by Jezequel et al but not anymore where he illustrates the effects of certain variables on the PMT curve and so . I am about to present a lecture about it so would you be so kind as to point any articles thanks

Pressuremeter testing is depending on operator's skill but most of all it is the quality of the hole that will ensure a good test quality. One hint is to look at ratio E/pl, if it's less than 5, test is probably not performed correctly.

As much as I appreciate the feedback I am looking for article more than statements. because simply I need references in order to present a PowerPoint presentation. That means I need name of author images schemes and curves

You can start looking at european norm NF EN ISO 22476-4 dated may 2015 which describes what a failed test looks like. Litterature about the subjetc includes :
- D10 notice from Menard "Regles rematives à l'execution des essais pressiométriques sur le terrain"
- D60 notice from Ménard "Règles d'utilisation des techniques pressiométriques et d'exploitation des résultats obtenus pour le calcul des fondations"
- book by Maurice Cassan : "Les essais in situ en mécanique des sols" Eyrolles editor 1978(mainly volume 1)
- book by F Baguelin, JF Jezequel and DH Shields : "The pressuremeter and foundation engineering" Trans Tech Publications 1978

@bigharvey
