I need to create an expression that will give me the delta XC YC ZC of a linked point so that I can put that data into the model spreadsheet. The point is linked to part of a kinematic model so will move often and I would like to be able to track the location of the point in the spreadsheet.

This will be trivial in NX 9.0 as we've added a new Analysis function, 'Measure Point', which will provide you with the option to create XYZ expressions for the location of a point relative to either absolute zero or a specified Datum CSYS. Until then, you'll have to do something with NX Open to accomplish the same thing.

That being said, have you ever looked at something called 'Markers' when creating a Kinematic model and then solving the motion of the mechanism? Open the NX Help files and do a search for 'Markers'.
