Has anyone had any experience with DMLS?
I am looking into putting quality control procedures for our suppliers and I have following questions noone seems able to answer:
a) How often do you need to change the exhaust filters?
b) How many times can you sieve and recycle the powder?

There is a black smoke coming from the process and I am not sure if that is oils etc from the vacuum pump or metal vapors.

Any insight would be appreciated.
