Ever had to join 2 x 200A load break elbows together? 1

Has anyone ever had to join two 200A load break elbows together? Is there a product out there like a joint or spool piece that we could use to temporarily join two circuits together while waiting on a piece of distribution equipment which will have the traditional bushings/inserts.
