Etabs 2013 Running Response Spectrum Analysis to AS1170.4

I know ETAB’s 2013 has many bugs, but has anyone had troubles with running a response spectrum analysis to AS1170.4? The analysis of my model is fine, mass, stiffness, natural frequencies all seem fine but when I perform a response spectrum analysis I am getting base shears around 4 to 5 times what they should be (it is only a three story building which is first mode dominant so the story shears should match an equivalent static analysis). I have checked units, the response spectrum graph and can’t find the source for the problem.

I never experience this issue with ETAB’s version 9.7.4.

I spoke with the IT bloke and it sounds like there are a few problems with 2013 so I am going back to 9.7.4 until they get ironed out.
