Error opening limit fit data files

Not sure what has happened to our setup but when I try to add a dimension to a new print I get "Error opening limit fit data files" We moved our office and I am now getting this error.

NX 8.0.3.4 in Windows 7

I think you need to take this up with GTAC.

I am getting the exact same message. The drawings can be opened on our "home" towers, and dimensioned without incident. However, on any of the public "hotel" computers that we do work on, the error comes up, whether the drawing is new or legacy.

What is GTAC that we are supposed to take the issue up with?

GTAC stands for Siemens PLM Software's Global Technical Access Center, ie. the '800-number'.

I found the error was in our ugii_env.dat file and all is well again.
