Enterprise Project and the Global Project Template

Hi all,

recently set up project server to enterprise mode and apparently i have to modify the GLOBAL project file in order for projects to be published to the server. Can someone give me some advice on the best way to modify this. As well what should it include? I dont want to force users to follow one project guideline, but do like the idea of the consistant calendaring and resource management.
