END COLUMN TO STEEL BEAM CONNECTION

greetings...

I would like to ask for a suggestion in connecting 2nd floor end column of a 2nd floor wooden shearwall to steel beam(wide flange) below.I tried to look for appropriate simpson strap, but i did not see one. I'm thinking of using bolts to be welded to the beams to take care up the uplift
load but im not sure if this is an standard practice... thanks
