I mean SMYS,STMS and everything concerns tension.

P 355 is used for pressure vessels with a minimum yield strength of 355
N/mm*mm for t<16mm.

The German standard number is 1.0562

A steel with a similar chemical composition would be a ASTM A 633 Grade C.

Behind the designation P 355 are usually keywords given that clarifys the treatment of the manufacturer.
