elevated parking structure

I am looking for building, road design code for building an elevated parking structure in Indiana, U.S. I am specifically looking for code references regarding ramp slopes, elevation changes, etc.

Architectural Graphics Standards has recommended (general) slopes for various types of ramp configurations.

AISC has design standards for Steel parking garages -perhaps they have cross references for slopes. I do not know of specific code references.
