Anyone have any direct experience with using high-flow cats, especially on imports?
I read the following statement online, and it didn't ring true, so I thought I'd solicit some comments:
"If you buy a 'High-flow Cat' from OBX, and other such companies, it is usually just a short 'cherry bomb' with collectors on it. This will not help you in anyway if you have a OBD-II system. Even if you put the O2 sensors before, and after, you WILL get a check engine light, and you car will run in 'safety mode', which will not help the performance at all!"
