Drift Size for 7.5" Honed ID

Is there any standard for drift gauge to drift a 7.5" ID, honed with 32 finishing? We are going to use teflon to make the gauge.

By the way, it's not an API standard casing/tubing.

Most of the honed tubing that I buy has a tolerance specified by the manufacturer of +0.000/-0.005.
