Does anyone use an online tooling/prototyping source?

The few local guys I have been using for my prototyping and tooloing needs have not been delivering the goods lately.  Is anyone out there using or knows of an online procurement source where I can get some better options?  Thanks.

They have a database of machine shops and metalworking service companies that is searchable by keyword, industry served, etc. The Metalworking Resource Group is based in Indiana, but the members have experience working for companies throughout the world. Many are ISO certified.
